Role Overview
This is position is to coordinate with high-level executive support. The ideal candidate will ensure coordinating with internal teams in the organisation for smooth functioning and giving summarized update to the CEO while also managing the administrative and strategic support needs of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
A. Executive Assistant to CEO
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, site acquisition, finance) for business updates
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports (especially for clients and internal teams)
- Assist in tracking key advertising campaigns, site utilization, and revenue performance
- Act as a bridge between MD and key stakeholders including clients, agencies, landlords, and government bodies
- Support in negotiations, follow-ups, and documentation of key deals
- Handle confidential business information with discretion
B. Executive Support (Compliance-Driven)
- Support the CEO in tracking compliance calendars, legal deadlines, and risk registers
- Travel arrangements/corporate client handling
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and board-level summaries
- Working knowledge of:
- Municipal corporation rules for hoardings/billboards
- State advertising policies and licensing frameworks
- Land lease and property-related regulations
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for compliance updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information
- Ensure compliance with municipal corporation rules, state policies, and local authorities governing hoardings and billboards
- Track and manage licenses, permits, and renewals for advertising sites
- Maintain records of site agreements, approvals, and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals, inspections, and dispute resolution

Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in compliance/ real estate/corporate
- Has independently handled end-to-end compliance in a mid-sized company
- Comfortable working closely with Managing Director / leadership team
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks
- Strong exposure to regulatory liaisoning and contract management
- Language Kannada/English & any other regional language (Optional)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
