Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office + Client Visits)
Experience: 2–5 Years
We’re looking for a highly driven Sales Professional with experience in IT/software sales to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting clients, giving demos, and closing deals—this role is for you! What You’ll Do: Own the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure Engage with clients, understand requirements & deliver impactful product demos Drive software sales and build strong client relationships Manage sales pipeline and track progress via CRM tools Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless execution Visit client sites (as required) for meetings and product demonstrations Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For:2–5 years of experience in IT/software sales (pure sales role)
Prior experience working in an IT company selling software products Strong experience in client coordination, demos & presentations Hands-on exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated Eligibility: Graduate (Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred)
