As we continue to scale, infrastructure reliability, security, observability, and operational efficiency are becoming increasingly important. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can take ownership of our infrastructure and help build a secure, scalable, and highly available platform.
Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer at MrMed, you will play a key role in strengthening and scaling our infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering and leadership teams to improve platform reliability, deployment efficiency, security, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, automating processes, improving system reliability, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and related services.
- Drive infrastructure cost optimization while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Build and enhance logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enable faster releases.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, and incident response processes.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Support compliance initiatives and infrastructure governance.
- Contribute to long-term platform architecture and scalability planning.
- Work on modern infrastructure capabilities supporting AI systems, automation, and distributed architectures.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 2–3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with Cloudflare and Vercel.
- Exposure to MongoDB administration.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices.
- Experience with AI infrastructure, automation ecosystems, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of MCP integrations and modern observability platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with evolving priorities.
