We are looking for a reliable Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, outdoor official visits, and basic financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Banking & AMC Visits: Visit banks and AMC offices for work and document submissions.
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, paperwork, and document filings.
- Cleaning & Upkeep: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and tidy office environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock office stationery, pantry items, and essential supplies.
- Cash & Vouchers: Manage petty cash, verify bills, and prepare daily expense vouchers.
Key Requirements
- Graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Word).
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
