Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Drive annual and quarterly revenue targets.
Build and execute regional sales strategies.
Develop new business opportunitiesin schools, colleges, universities, and enterprises.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Recruit,train, and mentorsales managers and field sales executives.
Create sales targets and performance metrics.
Conduct weekly and monthly sales reviews.
Build a scalable sales organization across North India.
Channel & Partner Development
Develop dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Expand WHIZROBO's market reach through strategic partnerships.
Manage partner onboarding and performance.
Strategic Planning
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
8–13 years of B2B sales experience.
Minimum 4 years in educational products, STEM solutions, robotics, hardware, lab equipment, or
institutional sales.
Proven experience managing sales teams.
Experience closing high-value deals (₹5 Lakhs+).
Strong network with schools, educational groups, trustees, principals, and institutional decision-makers.
Experience building channel partner or distributor networks.
Preferred
Experience in Robotics, STEM, AI, EdTech Hardware, Smart Classrooms, or Education Infrastructure.
Exposure to government tenders and institutional procurement.
Existing network in Delhi NCR and North India.
