Immediately looking for QUANTITY SURVEYOR (SALEM)
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering & proficiency in AutoCAD
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings.
- Review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with the detailing team to ensure accurate quantity extraction and cost planning.
- Assist in cost consultancy services, including budget preparation, cost analysis, rate analysis, tender quantity verification, and project cost monitoring.
- Collaborate with rebar detailing and estimation teams to validate reinforcement quantities and support overall project cost optimization.
- Maintain quantity records, estimation reports, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
