Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Mobilizer to work on our DDU-GKY project in Malappuram. The role involves extensive field work, community outreach, candidate mobilization, counselling, and enrolment of eligible rural youth for skill development training programs.
The candidate should be comfortable travelling within assigned areas and interacting directly with youth, parents, local communities, panchayats, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits within assigned areas within Kerala.
- Mobilize eligible rural youth for DDU-GKY skill development programs.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, awareness campaigns, community meetings, career guidance sessions, and outreach activities.
- Identify potential candidates through field-level mobilization.
- Counsel candidates and parents regarding training, career opportunities, and placement prospects.
- Coordinate with local panchayats, community organizations, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Support candidate registration, documentation, verification, and enrolment.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates.
- Achieve assigned mobilization and enrolment targets.
- Maintain daily field visit records and candidate databases.
- Prepare regular mobilization and field activity reports.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure successful candidate enrolment.
- Travel extensively within the assigned area as required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduation.
- Experience in field work, mobilization, counselling, community outreach, skill development, education, or rural development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and undertake extensive field work is essential.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and the local area is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Important Requirement
