We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, deployment automation, and Salesforce administration. Team Handling experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integrations with external systems and adherence to DevOps best practices.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, REST/SOAP integrations, deployment management, and a solid understanding of Salesforce administrative functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Implement custom business logic, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and triggers.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Salesforce Integration
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Work extensively with REST APIs, SOAP/WSDL services, Middleware platforms, and third-party integrations.
- Develop and maintain API integrations ensuring data consistency, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with integration teams to design scalable integration architectures.
Salesforce DevOps & Deployment
- Manage Salesforce deployments across environments using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Utilize deployment tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX), Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Perform code reviews and maintain version control using Git-based repositories.
- Ensure compliance with release management and change control processes.
Salesforce Administration Support
- Configure and manage Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Security Models.
- Support object creation, field configuration, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Assist business users in resolving Salesforce-related issues and enhancements.
- Monitor system health, data quality, and user adoption.
Testing & Documentation
- Develop unit tests and maintain Salesforce code coverage requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, and support documentation.
- Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
