About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Designer to conceptualize and visualize immersive brand experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in luxury event design, exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, live concerts, and experiential activations. The candidate should be capable of transforming creative concepts into production-ready 3D designs while considering practical execution, fabrication, and client expectations.

- Fabrication drawings
- Venue layouts
- Create high-quality renders for client presentations.
- Translate creative briefs into visually impactful concepts.
- Produce multiple design options within tight timelines.
- Prepare production-ready technical drawings and fabrication details.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and project teams to ensure feasibility.
- Conduct site recce discussions and adapt designs according to venue constraints.
- Ensure all designs comply with structural, safety, and venue regulations.
- Incorporate lighting, AV, LED screens, scenic elements, branding, and guest flow into designs.
- Stay updated with global experiential marketing, luxury hospitality, exhibition, and event design trends.

Proficiency in:

- Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Lumion or Twinmotion (preferred)
- Enscape (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Blender or Unreal Engine is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Exhibition Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Preferred Industry Background
Experience with event management companies, experiential marketing agencies, exhibition design firms, production houses, or architectural visualization studios.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
