Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Civil Projects
Experience
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in the Civil Construction industry.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Age
Language Requirements
- Mandatory: Kannada and English.
- Preferred: Tamil.
- Expected: Hindi.
Driving Requirement
- Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive both 2-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler.
Key Project Experience
- High-rise residential and commercial building projects.
- Industrial and institutional building construction.
- RCC structural works and finishing works.
- Project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Site management and multi-project coordination.
- Contractor and subcontractor management.
- Project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Quantity estimation, BOQ verification, billing, and project documentation.
- Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
- Safety management and statutory compliance.
- Material planning, procurement coordination, and resource management.
- Coordination with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and clients.
- Progress monitoring and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to final handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards.
- Supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Review project schedules, resource allocation, and project costs.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
