- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
2. Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and app downloads through social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
3. App Promotion & User Acquisition
- Develop strategies to increase mobile app installs and active users.
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve app visibility and rankings.
- Execute user acquisition campaigns through paid and organic channels.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website and app landing page rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website traffic and search engine performance.
5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Manage customer engagement through WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer response rates.
6. Content Marketing
- Create compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, blogs, banners, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop marketing assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website, app, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
- Generate regular reports on traffic, conversions, sales, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
8. E-commerce Sales Growth
- Develop promotional strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and product teams for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Track customer behavior and purchasing trends.
9. Marketplace & Affiliate Marketing
- Manage promotions on marketplaces and affiliate marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and marketing partners to drive traffic and sales.
10. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Plan loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and customer retention activities.
