- Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
- Service Catalog and Knowledge Management
- Technical expertise (if applicable):
- JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes
- UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts
- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow security model (roles, ACLs).
