Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for our manufacturing and packaging business. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client handling, sales generation, and market expansion for PET bottle blowing machines, PET preforms, bottles, jars, cans, and packaging products.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and develop client relationship Promote and sell company products and packaging solutions
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Conduct field visits and client meetings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop marketing strategies and increase brand visibility
- Maintain follow-up with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, machinery, or industrial products preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel for business development activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
