As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our Travel & Tourism related services. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our Travel & Toursim services.
- Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Generate new leads through cold calling.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.
· Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
· Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
· Organizational and time management skills
