- Loan Processing: Assist clients in processing loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

- Financial Advice: Offer financial advice and support to clients, helping them understand and manage their financial products.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and loan applications.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, assess their needs, and provide on-site support.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with MFI policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the microfinance sector is advantageous.
