WhatsApp Campaign Executive – Key Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead generation, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Create and schedule bulk WhatsApp campaigns using approved platforms.
- Develop engaging campaign content, including text, images, videos, PDFs, and CTA messages.
- Segment customer databases based on location, interests, behavior, or campaign objectives.
- Manage and maintain customer contact lists while ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor message delivery, open rates, read rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assign qualified leads to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status and conversions.
- Design and optimize WhatsApp templates for promotional and transactional messages.
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and data privacy regulations.
- Conduct A/B testing on message content, timing, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Integrate WhatsApp campaigns with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Monitor campaign costs and optimize for better ROI.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create campaign creatives.
- Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to messaging strategies.
- Manage automated workflows, chatbot sequences, and follow-up campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns according to the campaign calendar.
- Stay updated with new WhatsApp Business features, automation tools, and digital marketing trends.
