Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager – Software & SaaS to acquire and manage high-value enterprise customers for Aroopa Apps. This role focuses on end-to-end enterprise sales, account expansion, and strategic relationship management.
You will act as a trusted advisor to large clients, aligning Aroopa Apps solutions with their business needs.
Responsibilities

Acquire and manage enterprise accounts
Handle full sales cycle (prospecting- closure)

Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Own enterprise revenue targets

Collaborate with product and technical teams for solutions

Manage customer success and escalations

Maintain pipeline forecasting and reporting
Requirements

3–6 years in enterprise sales / key account management

Strong B2B SaaS sales experience

Proven track record of closing high-value deals

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

CRM experience (HubSpot / Salesforce)
