About The Marcom Avenue
The Marcom Avenue is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into compelling, polished, and engaging video content that aligns with our brand strategy and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual sense, excellent storytelling skills, and a high level of proficiency with industry-standard editing software.
Key Responsibilities -
● Content Production: Edit raw video footage into high-quality, impactful content suitable for various channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications.
● Creative Enhancement: Masterfully apply motion graphics, visual effects, color grading, and professional sound design to enhance the overall quality and impact of the video.
● End-to-End Ownership (Shoot & Edit): Take full ownership of the production process, which includes shooting and capturing footage as well as performing all subsequent editing tasks.
● Collaboration & Brand Compliance: Work closely and collaboratively with creative directors, designers, and content teams to ensure all video output adheres strictly to brand guidelines and campaign goals.
● Project Management: Effectively manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within tight deadlines.
● Industry Expertise: Continuously research and integrate current video trends, techniques, tools, and best practices to keep The Marcom Avenue’s content fresh and competitive.
Qualifications & Must-Have Skills
Technical Proficiency -
● Expert Proficiency in industry-standard editing suites, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
● In-depth understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and output requirements optimized for different digital and broadcast platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TV).
Required Abilities -
● Mandatory AI Tools Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience using AI-powered video editing and production tools to enhance workflow and creative output.
● Shooting Capability: The ability to independently shoot and record high-quality video footage is essential.
● Proven storytelling ability and a strong visual aesthetic.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
