Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
✅ Maintain employee and client records with accuracy.
✅ Guide employees on company policies and HR procedures.
✅ Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
✅ Coordinate with clients for HR-related requirements and support.
✅ Visit client locations whenever required for HR operations and employee coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 6 Month to 1 year of experience in HR Operations/Admin.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
