Maintenance Manager - Breweries
Development of local spare parts for the imported machinery (Can Filler, Wrapper pack, CO2 Compressor and brewhouse equipment) resulting in spares part cost reduction
· Managing the functions of engineering & maintenance of plant and machinery (Can filler, pasteurizer, ammonia compressor, boiler, RO plant, agitator, gearbox, ETP,) and implementation of Planned maintenance of plant and machinery to ensure the availability of equipment with team of 45 Members
· Efficiently handling project planning designing scheduling and executing the projects on time for India business
· Implementation of sustainability initiative as per ABI standard / requirements in the area of energy, water and waste. Heading plant energy management & implementation of standards and various projects (Capex & Opex) for reducing the environmental footprint to meet the global target on sustainability.
· Managing Capex & Opex for business. Planning and implementation of the factory project for capacity expansion, new product introduction, manpower productivity improvement, energy saving & other productivity projects, quality and ESH improvement projects, etc.
· Maintain the conversion cost of the factory through, cost control and implementing, the productivity saving in energy and maintenance cost, Manpower productivity, Plant efficiency improvement, Equipment productivity improvement.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 per year
