Job Description 1: Lead Generation Lead/ Outbound Lead

Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Lead to own and manage our B2B outbound lead generation function. This role will be responsible for strategy, execution oversight, team management, and client communication across email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define end‑to‑end outbound lead generation strategy
- Plan and oversee cold email campaigns, cold calling efforts, and LinkedIn messaging
- Define ICP, buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and outreach cadences
- Handle client communication, performance reviews, and conversion reporting
- Track funnel KPIs: lead volume, reply rate, call connect rate, meetings booked, conversions
- Review call recordings, email drafts, and LinkedIn messages for quality and improvement
- Mentor and manage team.
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads (SQLs) to Sales/Account teams
- Maintain CRM discipline and data compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years in B2B Lead Generation / Outbound Sales / SDR leadership
- Strong experience with Seamless, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven hands‑on experience with emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
- Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong conversion, analytics, and reporting mindset
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
