- Provide 24/7 patient care at home
- Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, sugar levels)
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Handle wound care, catheter care, and basic procedures
- Maintain patient records and reports
- Coordinate with family members
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the patient
