Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and organic marketing initiatives.
- SEO & Content: Perform keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and collaborate with content teams to improve organic traffic.
- Data & Analytics: Track performance metrics (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and maintain real-time performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics.
- Lead Generation: Optimize landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside designers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Key Requirements
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years in performance marketing, demand generation, or digital strategy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), CRM systems, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
Pay: ₹10,056.68 - ₹25,000.00 per month
