Key Responsibilities
● Optimize pricing strategy to maximize revenue (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy).
● Forecast demand using booking, cancellation, and pickup data.
● Manage OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and inventory distribution.
● Ensure rate parity across all booking platforms.
● Work on PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and booking engine systems.
● Analyze competitor pricing and adjust rates accordingly.
● Generate revenue reports and performance dashboards.
● Coordinate with hotel clients for revenue improvement.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
● 2–5 years of experience in hospitality revenue management, OTA, or channel management
● Strong analytical and numerical skills
● Knowledge of PMS / Channel Manager / RMS tools
● Good understanding of OTAs and hotel distribution systems
● Strong Excel and reporting skills
● Excellent communication and client-handling skills
● Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
