Engagement Overview:
Educational Initiatives (Ei) is looking for young, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals with prior experience in the educational domain, particularly in student assessment projects, government liaisoning, team handling, recruitment, field operations, and data management.
The District Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining government permissions, recruiting and managing the ground team, planning and monitoring field activities, coordinating with district officials, supervisors, headmasters, and teachers, and ensuring smooth data collection and assessment operations in sampled schools. The role also involves tracking daily progress, resolving field-level issues, and maintaining data quality throughout the project implementation.
Ei will provide comprehensive project and operational training before the assignment.
Key Responsibilities – District Coordinator:
· Coordinate and manage district-level project implementation across assigned schools and blocks.
· Liaise with district and block education officials, school head master, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Obtain necessary permissions from district/block authorities and schools.
- Recruit, train, and manage field teams/enumerators for assessment activities.
- Plan and monitor daily field operations, routes, and logistics management.
- Ensure quality and timely student assessment and data collection.
- Monitor field progress and resolve operational and field-level challenges.
- Maintain regular communication with the central project team and provide implementation updates.
- Track daily targets and ensure project timelines and deadlines are achieved.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project protocols, data quality standards, and operational guidelines.

Compensation: Based on candidate's experience: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
