Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and identify financial risks or discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
