About the Role
SalarySe is looking for an Analyst — Product Operations to support the day-to-day operations of our employee financial benefits products. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure accurate data, smooth product workflows and reliable execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage recurring product and operational processes for employer programmes.
- Clean, validate and reconcile employee and benefits data.
- Configure employee eligibility, benefit limits and other product parameters.
- Review claims, bills, exceptions and operational discrepancies.
- Analyse product usage and operational data using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Identify process gaps and work with Product & Engineering teams to improve and automate workflows.
- Maintain SOPs, reports and operational records.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Fintech Operations or a similar role.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
- Structured problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Strong ownership and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and execution skills are welcome.
Good to Have: Basic SQL, Metabase/Mixpanel/CleverTap experience, and exposure to fintech, payroll, HR-tech or employee benefits.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
