Software Architect – VSAT / Telecom SystemsMandatory Technical Skills
- CMake – 6+ years of experience.
- Conan – 2–3 years of hands-on experience. Experience building and defining application architecture.
- Strong understanding of Microservices and API-based architectures.
- Experience with Redis Streams and asynchronous event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with YAML.
- Experience with RPC frameworks.
- Experience with Event Services/Event-Driven Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and system design, including RF and baseband subsystems. Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, multi-threaded C++ (C++17/C++20) applications optimized for low-latency and mission-critical telecom environments.
- Define software–hardware integration strategies across RF front-end, modem layers, and networking components.
- Design and optimize networking architectures (TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6, socket programming) with satellite acceleration techniques.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and conduct technical reviews to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Drive performance tuning, memory optimization, and system stability improvements Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in software development and architecture, with strong expertise in modern C++ and Linux-based systems.
- Proven track record in architecting complex satellite/VSAT/telecom communication systems and scalable distributed applications (Good to have but not mandatory).
- Strong experience designing multi-threaded, high-throughput systems with deep understanding of networking and protocol-level implementations.

- Strong hands-on experience in Core C++ development and software architecture.
- Experience working in medium to large-scale product-based organizations.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise-level applications.
- Experience handling and architecting multi-module systems (6+ modules preferred).
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous APIs using Redis Streams.
- Experience defining and documenting ICDs (Interface Control Documents).
- Experience implementing solutions in Golang.
- Ability to mentor and elevate team standards.
