Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design across TMT/Telecom accounts.
- Architect AI-native solutions using modern AI, data platforms, and cloud-native technologies.
- Develop solution architectures, ROI/business cases, proof-of-value assets, and reference implementations.
- Work closely with customers during pilots and drive successful production deployment.
- Build reusable solution assets and best practices across the engineering practice.
- Partner with account leadership and technical teams to define long-term solution strategies.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Engineering and Presales teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Telecom/TMT Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in OSS/BSS environments and enterprise solution design.
- Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions from pilot to production.
- Strong knowledge of AI/Agentic architectures, cloud-native platforms, and data engineering.
- Experience leading complex enterprise pursuits and managing technical customer engagements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in CSP network and IT modernization.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, Knowledge Graphs, and Context Engineering.
- Experience with hyperscalers and platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
Pay: ₹486,711.09 - ₹1,664,822.28 per year
