Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
Joining: ASAP
Duration: 4 months (initially)
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong functional knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
✔ Hands-on implementation and support experience in SF EC module ✔ Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation project
✔ Minimum 1 support project experience
✔ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification – Mandatory
✔ Good understanding of other SuccessFactors modules
✔ Strong knowledge of Business Rules and Workflows
✔ Time Management experience is an added advantage
✔ Ability to support and review EC technical documents
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Ability to independently lead and drive EC activities
Preferred Candidate: Professionals who can effectively collaborate with business and technical teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver scalable HR solutions in a dynamic environment.
