Job Description:
Varun’s Institute in Perambur is looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students and support their academic journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales/counselling is an added advantage
- Any degree (preferred)
