Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Research Analyst with experience in US Staffing (Non-IT) and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pulling accurate client and hiring manager data, generating leads across multiple industries in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in finding quality leads from various sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and generate client leads across the US market for Non-IT staffing requirements.
- Identify key decision-makers, hiring managers, HR contacts, and procurement teams.
- Pull accurate client data including company details, email addresses, contact numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.
- Perform lead generation across industries such as:
- Mechanical
- Finance & Accounting
- Healthcare
- Legal
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Civil
- Blue Collar / Skilled Trades
- Oil & Gas
- Renewable Energy
- Engineering and other Non-IT sectors
- Conduct mass mailing campaigns and maintain outreach trackers.
- Support Business Development and Recruitment teams with market research and data analysis.
- Maintain and update lead databases with high accuracy. Work on client mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence.
- Ensure quality and accuracy while generating leads and client information.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing / Lead Generation / Market Research.
- Experience working on Non-IT requirements and industries. Strong expertise in lead generation and web research.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, Google search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience in mass mailing and email outreach campaigns. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of US staffing process and client identification. Experience maintaining trackers and CRM databases.
