The Role:
We're looking for a digital marketer who understands that growth isn't just about clicks—it's about building lasting visibility and meaningful connections.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute across digital channels and use SEO as a foundation for sustainable brand growth. You'll work closely with our strategy, content, design and creative teams to ensure every campaign is discoverable, measurable and impactful.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create SEO-friendly content and landing pages.
- Manage website performance, on-page SEO and technical SEO best practices.
- Monitor website analytics, campaign performance and user behaviour to optimize results.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Work with social media and content teams to align digital strategies across platforms.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of website structures, content optimization and user experience.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting and staying ahead of digital trends.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have managed paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
- Understand local SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Have worked with food, hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG or founder-led brands.
- Understand how storytelling, content and SEO work together to build long-term brand value.
