Job Summary
As the Field & Experiential Marketing Manager, you will be the mastermind behind our physical brand footprint. You will design, plan, and execute large-scale offline events, local sampling activations, and creative field marketing campaigns. Your mission is to inject our brand directly into local culture, sports, and student communities, turning everyday consumers into die-hard brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Experiential Event Execution: Conceptualize and produce high-energy brand events, pop-up activations, and festival sponsorships from inception to live execution.
- Field & Product Sampling: Build and lead a dynamic, energetic field marketing crew (sampling teams) to put our product directly into consumers' hands at high-traffic zones.
- Culture & Sports Partnerships: Scout and collaborate with local athletes, artists, subculture influencers, and college campuses to anchor our brand within relevant communities.
- End-to-End Event Logistics: Manage vendor negotiations, permit acquisitions, site layouts, equipment sourcing, and strictly adhere to local safety regulations.
- Brand Presentation: Ensure all physical branding, merchandise, and event infrastructure perfectly match our premium visual guidelines and high-energy identity.
- Impact Tracking & ROI: Define performance metrics for offline events, measuring attendee engagement, foot traffic, sample conversion rates, and earned social media buzz.
Qualifications
- Street-Smart & Connected: Deep understanding of youth culture, extreme sports, music festivals, and local nightlife trends.
- Operational Grit: A problem-solver who thrives in chaotic, fast-paced live event environments and loves working on the ground.
- Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, train, inspire, and manage large, energetic teams of brand ambassadors and field crews.
- Availability: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays to match peak event schedules.
