Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, H4EAD and USC) to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and client databases.
- Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Follow up regularly with vendors regarding consultant submissions and interview feedback.
- Maintain consultant availability, skills inventory, and placement records.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely placements.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and vendor engagement.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong vendor network and proven placement record.
- Excellent understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly placement targets.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Data Science, QA, Business Analyst, and Cloud technologies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bench sales: 2 years (Required)
