Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PCD Sales Manager to expand our pharmaceutical franchise business. The role involves onboarding new PCD partners, managing sales performance, strengthening channel relationships, and driving regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
· Identify, onboard, and manage new PCD franchise partners across assigned territories.
· Develop strategies to expand distribution networks and penetrate new markets.
Sales & Target Management
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Monitor franchise partner performance and provide ongoing support to boost sales.
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
· Address partner queries and ensure smooth business operations.
Market Intelligence
· Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback.
· Recommend new product launches and territory-specific sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
· 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PCD / Franchise Sales Management.
Skills
· Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
· Knowledge of pharma distribution networks and franchise models.
· Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Pay: ₹14,209.19 - ₹70,000.00 per month
