- Conduct classroom and online coaching sessions for Banking examinations.
- Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, English Language, and Banking Awareness.
- Develop study plans, mock tests, practice materials, and exam-oriented content.
- Provide mentorship and personalized guidance to students throughout their preparation journey.
- Analyze student performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
- Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest banking exam notifications, syllabus changes, and question trends.
- Motivate students and help them maintain consistency in preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Banking examination patterns and syllabus.
- Candidates who have appeared for Banking examinations (IBPS, SBI, RBI, NABARD, etc.) will be preferred.
- Prior experience in Banking exam coaching or mentoring is an added advantage.
