Position: Senior Architect
Location : Koregaon Park, Pune
Years of Experience : 6 years to 10 years
Notice Period : Preferably Immediate Joiner (for suitable candidates consider 1month notice period)
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced architect with strong design, technical, and coordination capabilities to manage projects from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural design concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D SketchUp models
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for execution and GFC drawings
- Ensure effective RCC and MEP integration during design and execution stages
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD
- Support project execution with practical site and construction knowledge
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR and applicable statutory regulations
