Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents, provide information about our JEE and NEET preparation programs, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding JEE and NEET coaching programs.
- Explain course details, fee structures, scholarship programs, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and parents to drive enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule counseling sessions and appointments for academic counselors.
- Address basic queries and concerns of students and parents professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, counseling, or admissions (Education industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in educational institutes, coaching centers, or EdTech companies.
- Familiarity with JEE, NEET, and other competitive examination programs.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
