Job Summary
Core Path Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Pune. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams regarding recruitment requirements.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team with other administrative and HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; pursuing candidates may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who are interested in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition are preferred.
