Job Summary
The Campus & Resort Maintenance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness support, and operational functionality of the campus and resort facilities. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, gardening coordination, equipment handling, and ensuring a safe, functional, and guest-friendly environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Facility Maintenance
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of campus and resort buildings, classrooms, offices, public areas, student facilities, and accommodation areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance activities on a daily basis.
- Monitor functioning of air conditioners, lighting systems, fans, water supply, pumps, generators, and electrical fixtures.
Preventive Maintenance
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to ensure smooth functioning of all equipment and facilities.
- Report major maintenance issues to management and coordinate with vendors/contractors for rectification.
- Maintain records of repairs, service schedules, and maintenance logs.
Resort & Grounds Maintenance
- Ensure landscaping, gardens, swimming pool surroundings, pathways, and outdoor areas are maintained in proper condition.
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of resort premises to maintain hospitality standards.
- Assist in room and facility readiness for events, functions, academic activities, and guest stays.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and protocols.
- Assist in maintaining fire safety equipment and emergency systems.
- Identify and report safety hazards immediately.
Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with external technicians, suppliers, and maintenance vendors when required.
- Maintain inventory of tools, maintenance supplies, and consumables.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and materials.
General Support
- Provide operational support during campus events, student activities, and hospitality functions.
- Be available for emergency maintenance requirements as and when needed.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general civil maintenance.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Understanding of hospitality standards and campus upkeep preferred.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in facility maintenance, resort operations, hotels, educational institutions, or property maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with technical aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
