MIS Executive – Inventory & Operations

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to create, manage inventory tracking, shipment planning, operational reporting, and data management across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory records, stock movement, and replenishment planning
- Plan and coordinate shipments to marketplaces and warehouses
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze operational and sales data to improve operational efficiency
- Create and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel
- Work on data automation using Google Apps Script
- Handle Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting tools
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and ecommerce teams for smooth execution
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis
Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script and automation - MOST IMPORTANT
- Good understanding of inventory management and shipment planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in ecommerce, inventory, or operations-based roles
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, or quick commerce operations is a plus
Salary: Upto 35000
Location: Sodala, jaipur
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
