We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by pitching our products/services to potential customers, following up on leads, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and generate leads.
- Explain the product/service offerings clearly and professionally to customers.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive customer outreach and relationship building.
- Answer customer queries, handle objections, and follow up on leads effectively.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls and sales in CRM systems.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead management.
- Build positive working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up to date with product/service knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Any degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or customer service (preferable).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).
