Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle leads, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in managing customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update leads in CRM software
- Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and meetings
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in post-sales processes including documentation and payment follow-ups
- Generate daily and weekly reports on leads and conversions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6 months–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
