Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the data architecture domain.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and efficient data models tailored to application needs.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration techniques to support complex systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data flows and storage for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
