We are seeking a passionate, patient, and dedicated Primary Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress through regular evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching resources and improve learning outcomes.
- Ensure the safety, discipline, and overall welfare of students.
- Participate in professional development programs and staff meetings.
- Follow all school policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
