Job Role
- Handle customer enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Indiamart, and other online platforms
- Explain products clearly and help customers choose the right options
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Share product details, pricing, and order updates
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth communication
- Support the sales team with daily follow-ups
