*Role Overview:*
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling incoming leads, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. The goal is to convert leads into customers and maintain long-term client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Lead Management*
- Handle incoming leads from website, portals, social media, and walk-ins
- Qualify leads, update CRM, and assign to sales team
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain lead status in CRM
2. *Client Communication & Coordination*
- Call and schedule site visits for interested clients
- Share project details, brochures, and pricing information
- Address client queries and provide regular updates
3. *CRM & Reporting*
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software – lead source, status, remarks
- Generate daily/weekly reports on lead conversion, site visits, and follow-ups
- Identify drop-offs and suggest re-engagement strategies
4. *Post-Sales Support*
- Coordinate with sales and documentation team for customer onboarding
- Share updates on construction progress with booked clients
- Handle after-sales queries and ensure customer satisfaction
5. *Team Coordination*
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and site team for smooth handover
- Provide feedback on lead quality to marketing team
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years experience in sales or customer service
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia
- Basic computer skills and comfort with MS Excel/CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
