Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in MEP works within construction companies.
MEP Systems Under Responsibility
- Mechanical: HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, ventilation, smoke management).
- Electrical: HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.
- Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, sewage treatment plants (STP), and rainwater harvesting.
- Fire Protection: Fire alarm, sprinklers, hydrants, and gas suppression systems.
- ELV Systems: CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Key Skills & Competencies

Summary: We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for design review, execution, coordination, testing & commissioning, cost control, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. A B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with proven leadership experience is required.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
