- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce platforms to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in cloud solutions.
